It took more than three years to secure my first genuine opportunity in the Australian construction industry—not because I lacked ability, but because there was a significant industry gap that was never clearly explained to graduates and newcomers.
Those years were emotionally challenging, uncertain, and exhausting. However, they also became the foundation of my deepest learning. Through continuous rejection, on-site exposure, trial and error, and real workplace pressure, I gained a true understanding of what the Australian construction industry expects—not only from a technical perspective, but also professionally.
Looking back today, one truth stands out clearly:
When graduates and professionals entering a new environment are equipped early with the right skills, techniques, and industry mindset, they can not only secure jobs—but thrive and grow within them.
This realization ultimately led to the creation of CED-CCP-Bibek.
